At T-Hair Factory, we are dedicated to supplying high-quality hair products to the global market. Our talented team of over 250 skilled artisans works tirelessly to create the best hair items available. We are proud to offer international shipping services to over 150 countries and territories worldwide. Providing our customers with exceptional value and service is our top priority.

We are committed to expanding our services to meet the diverse needs of our customers, ensuring a delivery experience that exceeds expectations, no matter where you are located.

SHIPPING TIME

We process orders Monday through Friday and aim to ship all products within 7 to 10 business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

During large sales, promotions, new product launches, and holidays, it may take the full 10 business days (or occasionally a day or two longer) to process orders due to increased demand.

Currently, we are unable to deliver to U.S. military bases, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping times provided are estimates. Various factors, such as holidays, customs delays, and weather conditions, may affect international shipments. We advise allowing a reasonable time for delivery based on these circumstances. Please note that we do not accept refunds for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is placed, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation Email with your Order # and details. You may cancel or modify your shipping information by midnight on the same day you placed your order. After this time, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping, and changes cannot be made. After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email along with a tracking number.

Please be aware that tracking information may not be available for the first few days after you receive your Shipping Update email, and several days may pass between package scans. This is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

NOTICE: We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for undeliverable packages due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate when checking out. If you realize you’ve made an error, please email us at sale@t-hairfactory.com as soon as possible. However, please note that there is a 72-hour waitlist for email responses. If your order has already left our warehouse within this timeframe, we cannot make changes.

T-Hair Factory is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any taxes or duties that may be incurred in the destination country. Customers are responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

In the event that a package arrives in your country and is refused by the customer or if multiple delivery attempts are made without success, T-Hair Factory reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will NOT be responsible for any refunds.
